ActiveLeading workshops combine four components to create valuable learning opportunities, helping leaders to build their leadership skills and reach their potential.

Inspiring Locations
Because location and setting influence group dynamics, we carefully select where we hold our workshops and corporate retreats, many of which occur in exotic locations that take leaders way out of the office, giving them the time to reflect on and enhance their leadership abilities.
Engaging Activities
At ActiveLeading, we seek out activities that engage leaders' minds and bodies, so that they break out of what is comfortable and familiar, experience the benefits that exercise has on our brains, and tap into a state of flow, in which everything we do, including learning, we do better.
Because leaders must adapt to change, the activities that we choose (surf, snow, mountain, and power sports) offer many parallels to leadership prinicples.

Dynamic Facilitators
Our facilitators have worked with dozens of groups in corporate and higher-education settings, and through those experiences, we have developed a needs-based approach to our facilitation. We are interested in and responsive to the needs of the group and the individuals, as we lead discussions, introduce leadership models, and cultivate relationships.
